Crunchy Pocket Pals

1 (8 ounce) package of garden salad with dressing

3 tablespoons of real bacon bits

2 tablespoons of red onion, minced

6 pita pockets

2 (2-1/2 ounce) packages of chicken, turkey, or ham, thinly sliced

mayonnaise and mustard

Open the bag of salad and pour it all into a bowl.  Add the bacon, red onion, and the dressing from your bag.  Now you can start packing!  Take a pita pocket and open it just at the top.  Spread a little mayonnaise or mustard on the inside and stuff it with the sliced meat and salad mix.

*For variation you can also add red or green bell peppers, sliced carrots, chopped tomatoes, celery, broccoli, avocados, or any of your favorite vegetables to the salad mix.
