1 banana
1 container of your favorite yogurt
½ cup granola
1 small paper cup
Peel back the skin of the banana so ½ of the
banana is showing. Stir the yogurt
well, and leave it in its container.
Pour ½ cup granola into the paper cup.
Dunk a bite size portion of the banana into the yogurt and then the
granola. Munch and enjoy!

2 bananas, broken into chunks
1 ¼ cup skim milk
2 peaches cut into chunks
4 ounces pineapples, drained
1 tablespoon lime juice
Combine all the ingredients into a blender or food
processor and blend until ingredients are well mixed. Add ice and blend or serve over ice in a tall glass.
