How Well Do You Know Your Fruits & Vegetables?

Sorry!! One of the other choices has more than potato!

Back to Question 4

Potato contains little to no beta carotene. But that is OK potatoes contain other important nutrients like vitamin C and potassium...not to mention 4 grams of fiber if you eat it with the skin on!

If you like potatoes but want more beta carotene in your diet, try sweet potatoes. Their look and feel just like white potatoes but they are a little sweeter (as the name says). They are also orange - a big hint that they are filled with beta carotene!
